The Mother called Savitri “the supreme revelation of Sri Aurobindo’s vision”. She painted lines from this epic poem along with Huta, a sadhak from the Sri Aurobindo Ashram. Through this art and poetry, we will create an atmosphere of light and delight in which we can find and share our own expressions.

We welcome you to join this artistic and poetic journey. You don’t have to be an artist or poet, the only requirement is a willingness to explore, discover and express the gifts already in you.

Join us for this immersion of meditation, poetry & personal reflection, offering space to gently release what feels heavy or no longer needed and to reconnect with a clear, present mind & an open heart

This mini-retreat unfolds as a lovingly held, gently guided journey, supporting the release of places where you may feel squeezed, stuck or contracted

Join our Introduction to Mindfulness workshop and learn simple techniques to bring awareness, richness, & joy into your life. Perfect for anyone wanting a calmer, more present existence.

The workshop blends exercises, meditation practices & reflection. It provides a taste of what mindfulness is & how it can support you to move from over overthinking & overwhelm into a space of quiet, spacious presence.

The session will be gently led by Helen, a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher with 12+ years experience.
