In the Square Hall from July 24th onwards has been extended for one more week till 25th August 2024
The exhibition “Darshan Messages. The Words of Love and Inspiration” traces the history of the deeply significant tradition of Darshan card gifting in Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry. The tradition of distributing collective messages on several special days each year was started by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother with a view of addressing the public in a more meaningful and effective way. The exhibition consists of the original cards, some of them bearing the Mother’s signature, dating back to the 1950s. The visitors will be able to familiarize themselves with the history of Darshan messages and hopefully get a feeling of the powerful forces conveying them.
