Miksang – mindful photography workshop exploring patterns & texture
⏰ Sunday 12th October, 9.30am – 12.30pm
📍Auroville

Miksang is a contemplative photography practice. Meaning ‘Good Eye’ in Tibetan, it is a practice of perception – of opening to what’s actually here, right in front of us.

We all carry so much: our opinions, ideas & learnings of what makes a “good” photograph, our habitual ways of seeing. This practice invites us to put that down, to meet the world with curiosity & tenderness. When we synchronize our eye, heart & mind, something shifts & we open to the ordinary magic in the world.

What we’ll do together: Introduction to Miksang, mindfulness to attune ourselves, then direct encounter with patterns & texture through practice.

Who is this for? Everyone. No experience needed—just bring yourself & something to take photos with (your phone is perfect) ✹

Booking required: WA Helen on 7094753054 or innersightav.org
