Steve Cutts has just released Happiness his latest animation which, once again, deals with the most harmful aspects of our society.
Happiness: The story of a rodent’s unrelenting quest for happiness and fulfilment.
We know Steve Cutts for being the author of amazing animations. From the Simpsons couch gags to the incredible video created for Moby’s single “Are you lost in the world like me?”.
For the American singer, he had represented the deleterious aspects of today’s society with a depressing black and white, underlining how the system was failing in every respect.
The theme that he had already dealt with MAN in the past and that today, with his latest animation Happiness, continues to be central in his work.
Using as an example a mice society shows, once again, how our habits are ridiculous.
How our needs are futile, passenger and how everything moves according to our spasmodic search for something else.
