The black and white photography workshop offered by Sasi is a joy from beginning to end.
Starting with an introduction to photography and it’s beginnings in the late 1800s, we then discovered the development of the camera that we know today, and could choose one with which to shoot our roll of film the following day.
The next day we developed our roll of film and found out how well our aperture setting, shutter speed and focus had all performed in harmony. A most tense moment of revelation!
The following week we regrouped to print prints from our negatives and experience the true joy of a complete creative, chemical, communal, creation!
Thank you Sasi and Centre d’Art for making this possible!
