CHENNAI: To commemorate the beginning of India’s 75th year of Independence and Sri Aurobindo’s 150th birth anniversary, Puducherry-based art gallery Aurodhan is organising a unique exhibition in which 75 Pondy artists will rub shoulders with 150 artists of global repute.
The Puducherry artists roster includes veteran names like Priti Ghosh of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Olaf Van Cleef whose Sarowski crystal studded puja portraits are popular with high-end art aficionados, Auroville artist Brigitte along with young up and coming names like V Vasandan, Kashmira, Sukumaran, P Venumadhav.
