24th September Solitude Farm is hosting the 5th “LUYE” eco – music festival.
The festival is going to focus on workshops and kids activities, music and food. There will be many opportunities to learn fun things and celebrate our collective creativity. At the end of the workshops there will be a parade with giant butterfly puppets, fire, music and a huge circle for a collective creative expression.
Next Saturday 17th September 4pm , there will be a meeting at Solitude for all those interested in helping with the parade and the creative circle.
We need dancers, singers, artists maybe a Shaman or two!
From Monday 19th and on the day of the festival, we need volunteers who could help with site preparation, decorations, face painting, making simple coconut shell lanterns for the parade and generally to help with the kids activities and with running the event. The meeting on Saturday 17th at 4pm, will focus on the parade and then look at other parts of the festival.
