Falling In Reverse is an American rock band based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and formed in 2008 by lead vocalist Ronnie Radke. On January 5, 2022, the band released the single ‘Zombified’ via live stream, which is the first single from their upcoming Neon Zombie EP.
In ‘Zombified’, Radke warns “The monsters aren’t living under your bed; they are voices in your head,” laying out a lyrical narrative that should make listeners question how information is received and what it is doing to the collective mindset.
Falling in Reverse has set the bar very high for 2022 with Zombified. It is an absolute treat to listen to from start to finish, with a groovy riff and an enormous and powerful chorus.
The song tackles cancel culture and the way it turns us all into “zombies” through fear. Vocalist Ronnie Radke is the perfect person to sing this song as someone who is still facing backlash for the person he was over a decade ago.
This song is a perfect start to the new year. A powerful and relevant song that will be stuck in your head for weeks.
