Toto Funds the Arts and Adishakti present – New Voices in Indian Cinema

Toto Funds the Arts (TFA), in association with Adishakti Laboratory for Theatre Arts & Research, presents a retrospective of some of the best short film that have been submitted for the TOTO Awards for Short Film since their inception in 2013. Filmmakers under 29 from across India are eligible for these awards, which are given annually. The screenings will be held over two evenings on 27 and 28 October (Saturday and Sunday) from 6.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. (both days) at the Adishakti auditorium on the outskirts of Pondicherry.

Included in the retrospective are short films by Raam Reddy (Ika), Anoop Sathyan (A Dream Called America), Priyanka Chhabra (A Summer Flu), Tanumoy Bose (Sagar Manav), Natesh Hegde (Kurli) and Archana Chandrashekhar (Dive), to name a few. All these films have been showcased at national and international festivals.
