A conversation on the adaptability and evolution of food in medieval, modern and contemporary India, a sub-theme of Marg‘s new issue Asian Connections: Art, Food, Clothing, Shelter. The discussion will question claims to purity by referring to the indisputable presence of Asian flavours in India’s vast culinary heritage within the larger context of the unifying power of food.
