If you’ve ever been enchanted by Indian classical dance and wished to experience its beauty within your own body, then please join us this weekend for an exploration into the basic elements of Bharatanatyam. How can this beautiful dance form aid us in experiencing the state of Oneness we seek in our spiritual practice?

By exploring the four modes of expression, Angika, Vachika, Aharya and Sattvika, we will connect to the beauty and richness within us through this dance form. We are truly blessed to have Viraja and Shyamjith Kiran here with us to lead in this unique journey. We look forward to sharing, learning and surrendering with you!
