The 5 Elementary Instrument Playshop will explore playing with and practicing the 5 elementary expressions of instrumental and musical play. No previous knowledge is necessary as we will work with the ‘Beginner’s Mind’ in an experimental way dwelling in with the 5 elements of our being. In an intensive process of classes, guided improvisation, and self practices, the participants will have a chance to learn and apply processes and basic skills.
