Dive into the world of movement, connection, and play as we explore the fundamentals of Contact Improvisation.

We’ll begin with a one-hour guided session covering essential techniques such as sharing weight, rolling points of contact, and deep listening through movement. This will flow into an open jam, where you can explore, improvise, and interact freely with others.

Led by two freelance dance artists from Nepal and Belgium, this workshop welcomes movers of all levels—whether you’re completely new or have experience in CI.
