Event Overview: Aikido Intensive from Dec. 27 to Jan. 9 at Auroville Budokan, Dehashakti. Led by Jean-Pierre Pigeau, a 7th Dan Aikido expert with teaching experience since 1975.

  1. Schedule: 11-day program with classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings (5.30-7.15 pm) and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings (6.30-8.00 am).
  2. Participants: Open to all levels, including children (from age 8), adults, seniors, and people with disabilities. Beginners are welcome but no drop-ins allowed.
  3. Additional Practices: Includes complementary practices like QI Gong, Shiatsu, and Tibetan Yoga. Participants should wear long loose pants, a t-shirt with sleeves, or their Gi.
