Navtej is coming to Pondicherry to give a workshop on the evening of 28th July. Here is the poster, dear Friends! 🩷

To be held during the Manifest Dance-Film Festival, Abhyas Somatics is a guided practise that uses the power of language to feel, appreciate and become available to the poetry, power and courage inherent in our bodies.

Navtej Johar @navtejjohar is founder-director of Studio Abhyas, New Delhi, where he teaches his own practise-abhyas somatics and the BARPS method of asana- inspired by Yoga and indian poetics.

The workshop is free.
Registration is mandatory.
Only 20 spots available on a first-come-first-served basis
