Deepen your connection with yourself through movement and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). This course offers a space to slow down, listen to your body, and explore new ways of relating with presence and authenticity.

Topics that we will cover:
Track & becoming aware of sensations in the body
Developing felt sense of what matters to us, and how needs are alive in one’s own body
Attuning by dropping & fully relaxing into our nervous system
Learn to access freedom of movement
