Date & time: Sunday 27th April, 8.30-10.30am
Location: Auroville

Miksang is a contemplative practice inspired by Tibetan Buddhism. The invitation is to capture pure perception, to find that place when the eye is synchronized with the heart & the inner being. Miksang asks us to see our world in a new way. In some ways it seems very simple, but it is not so easy to let go of our conditioning, our stories, our techniques & open our eyes, hearts & minds to the ordinary magic of the world.

The session opens with an introduction to miksang & a short meditative attunement. This is followed by time for practice. Everyone is welcome, you just need to bring something you can take photos with (camera or phone).
