This evidence-based mindfulness course offers practical tools to work with stress, overwhelm, difficult emotions & life challenges – whether they show up through work pressure, relationships, health issues or a wish to understand yourself more deeply.
Rooted in the internationally recognised Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, the course weaves together ancient mindfulness practices with insights from neuroscience & psychology. You’ll learn skills to relate differently to stress, physical pain & challenging thoughts – in ways that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
Each session includes guided meditation, reflection & gentle inquiry. With curiosity & kindness, you’ll begin to notice patterns, where you get stuck & how to respond with more awareness & choice.
This course is suitable for beginners, experienced meditators, the curious & professionals interested in integrating mindfulness into their work.
