Annapurna Farm in Auroville invites you to a farm walk in January 2026, an opportunity to experience one of the community’s oldest and largest regenerative farms from the inside.
Together we will trace Annapurna’s 39-years transformation from barren land into Auroville’s “grain basket” and reflect on the current challenges of protecting this 135-acre landscape that nourishes a large part of the community.
The walk will lead through growing paddy fields, the dairy, granary operations, and our large rain-harvesting ponds, and will close with a tasting table featuring farm produce, cheese and compotes.
