From 1st to 29th Dec, I’ll be holding regular morning classes, 9–10:30 am, at New Creation Dance Studio.
We meet twice a week every Monday & Friday (total 8 classes).
These sessions will draw from contemporary dance, authentic movement, improvisation, floorwork, breathwork, and intuitive exploration.
It’s a space to arrive exactly as you are ,to move, soften, strengthen, play, ground, and let the body find its own organic flow.
Contribution:
• ₹3000 for the whole month/₹500 per drop-in
• Aurovillian: ₹2000 for the month / ₹300 drop-in
