Organized in solidarity with the Global Climate Strike and World Clean Up Day, this event will be an opportunity for people to come together to learn about the current climate change crisis and the importance of taking immediate action on a number of different levels. One of the main aims of the day will be to encourage the expression of the hopes, blockages, and fears that people encounter within themselves when confronted by the reality of climate change. The idea is to guide this process using artistic activism, thus enabling people to channel their thoughts and emotions into collective installations that can be used to send an energizing message to the rest of the community. Hopefully, this will enable individuals to overcome the barriers that keep them from taking action within their everyday lives and remind us all that together we can make a difference.
> What we need now are artists willing to facilitate this process by sharing their creativity and skills, so please share with anyone you think might be interested 🙂
