Drawing from contemporary theatre and movement practices, this workshop is not designed to achieve or gain something, or to reach a destination. Our goal is to help you rediscover your childhood, reconnect with your teenage self, and reflect on what you’ve lost and gained over the years.

Through this journey, we encourage you to ask yourself: ‘Why am I who I am today?’ and ‘What motivates me to preserve my existence?’ This workshop will provide you with an opportunity to converse with yourself, and the outcome will be a culmination of your emotions and experiences.
