- Putting up signage
- Setting up tents on the 17th and 18th
- Setting up chairs and tables daily, 18th-25th
- Setting up the stage for the performances and removing the set up, 18th-25th
- Setting up the outdoor screen daily and removing it, 18th-25th
- Ushers at the screening/discussion venues, 18th-25th
- Documentation (writing, photography, reels), 18th-25th
- Taking down tents and returning equipment, 26th
