Wed 14th Jan, 2.30-5pm
Miksang is a contemplative photography practice. Meaning ‘Good Eye’ in Tibetan, it is a practice of direct perception – of opening our eyes, heart & mind to what’s actually here, right in front of us.
Miksang invites us to meet the world with curiosity & tenderness & to let go of our judgements & learnings. When we synchronize our eye, heart & mind, something shifts & we open to the ordinary magic in the world.
Who is this for? No experience of anything is needed – just bring yourself & something to take photos with (a phone is perfect) ✨
What we’ll do together: Introduction to Miksang, mindfulness to attune ourselves, then direct encounter through practice.
Booking required: WA Helen on 7094753054 or innersightav.org
The workshop is guided by Helen at Inner Sight & contribution is INR 600 🙏
