My Autopsy, is an autobiographical self-evisceration, merging eastern and western philosophy, culture and religion.
It represents a richly textured narrative line that gathers momentum across a 50 year span. Chronicling Boyd’s spiritual life story, it is an often amusing coming of age journey beginning with an obsessive and gothic childhood and choirboy in church, to hippiedom of the 60s, to Ceremonial Magik and his quest for a mystical wisdom.

“A master storyteller. My Autopsy is a magical show.”
Bob Clark, Calgary Herald

“A rich tapestry of experience delivered with wry wit.”
Sharon Pollock, CBC Radio

“…writing so colourful and a performance so multilayered that this
show is not just entertaining, but engrossing and enlightening.”
Louis B. Hosbon, Sun Media
