My Autopsy, is an autobiographical self-evisceration, merging eastern and western philosophy, culture and religion.
It represents a richly textured narrative line that gathers momentum across a 50 year span. Chronicling Boyd’s spiritual life story, it is an often amusing coming of age journey beginning with an obsessive and gothic childhood and choirboy in church, to hippiedom of the 60s, to Ceremonial Magik and his quest for a mystical wisdom.
