Nicole considers herself an Artist/Illustrator. She originates from The United States and now lives in Auroville, where she finds inspiration in her husband, daughter and their surroundings.

Her illustration work is primarily created by hand drawings and watercolor and at times a little bit in Photoshop.  Nicole likes to work predominantly in the medium of watercolor painting, but also includes ink,  collage elements and acrylic paint into her work.

She has been drawing and painting since she was a child through the inspiration of her grandmother. Nicole attended American River College where she studied Fine Art and Child Development, but she is mainly self-taught.

Her work has been featured in two small, but successful, solo exhibits in the United States. She has also been featured in a group show in 2013.

Today her work can be found in a variety of mediums. At the moment Nicole is working on a variety of new pieces and hopes to put together a solo show, but she spends most of her time teaching art to children in Auroville.
