Screening of the BBC Documentary at CREEVA Studio, Creativity Community on 3rd March (Tuesday), 6 – 7 pm.

The Shock of the New is a 1980 documentary television series written and presented by Robert Hughes; its combination of insight, wit and accessibility are still widely praised. The series consists of 8 episodes each an hour long and addresses the development of modern art since the Impressionists.
Episode 4: Trouble in Utopia examines the aspirations and reality of modern architecture. International Style, Art Nouveau, Futurist architecture, urban planning
