The French Institute in India accepting applications for the Amba Dalmia scholarship

The French Institute in India

The Franco–Indian Education Trust is now accepting applications for the Amba Dalmia scholarship for the academic year 2025–26.

Established in 2018 by Dr. Gun Nidhi Dalmia in memory of his daughter, Amba Dalmia, this scholarship program has assisted over 20 students in pursuing their academic goals.

This program provides financial support to talented young women who aspire to pursue higher education in France in various fields such as Music, Theatre, Sports, Arts, Sculpture, Cinema, Ballet, Opera, Painting, Photography, Oenology, Culinary studies, Tailoring, Stitching and Fashion.

Selected students will receive a monthly living allowance to assist with their expenses while studying in France. Additionally, they will receive support from the Embassy of France in India, providing access to social security benefits, waiver of Campus France and visa fees, and other benefits.

The deadline for applications is Friday, June 20, 2025, at 11:59 pm IST.
