How to make a string puppet out of a scarf and bring it to life in this fun, hands-on workshop! You’ll be amazed at how elegant and expressive a string puppet can be.
Age is no bar for this workshop so you can bring your children or even just the child in you !!!!
The workshop on puppet making will be introduced with a puppet show by eminent puppeteer Anvitha Prakash, followed by a workshop on puppet making.

Coming from a theater and art family background, there was always an artistic environment while growing up Founded in the 70’s by renowned theater personality A.S Murthy, ‘Puppet Land’ was famous across Karnataka for its unique experiments with puppet theater. This was the inspiration from which PuppeTree was conceived.
Anvitha Prakash, grand-daughter of theater veteran A.S Murthy, and daughter of renowned artist A.M Prakash took forward the legacy left behind by A.S Murthy and founded PuppeTree.
Founder Director of PuppeTree which has traveled across the globe with its performances –
Creative head of Hanumanthanagar Bimba which is a 34 year theater institution that has been constantly working towards children’s theater
Worked as a theater facilitator and a mentor for various schools in Bangalore.
