Born in the Netherlands, but living in South India, I get inspired by my surroundings. Being close to nature and living in the multi-cultural environment of Auroville surely inspires me the most.
I work with black pen on paper and give ceramic a new look. Changing simple utensils into unique objects, and expressing my creativity this way, is something I enjoy enormously.
The designs I’ve made on paper get a second life as well. They can travel all over the world as postcards or can be enjoyed as a print in a frame, on a cushioncover or worn on a t-shirt.
