Three decades after his cult film “Om Dar-B-Dar” (1988), Kamal Swaroop returns to his cinematic home in Rajasthan to direct Pushkar Puran. Surrounded by the Aravalli hills in the heart of the Thar Desert is a lake city called Pushkar. Once a year the sleepy town of Pushkar turns into a sprawling fun fair and thousands of people from across India descend on the town to participate in the festivities and trade camels, horses and cattle.
