This evidence-based MBSR course is designed to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease & resilience. It blends ancient mindfulness practices with cutting-edge neuroscience, providing you with practical skills to work with stress, physical pain & difficult emotions & thoughts in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.
Whether you’re facing work pressure, relationship difficulties, or health concerns, or want to see deeper into your patterns, mind & true nature, this course offers practical, time-tested techniques. The course has been shown to help manage a range of health issues, including chronic pain, diabetes, menopause & depression. With gentle curiosity, you’ll discover where you get stuck & how to make healthier choices.
Each session, you’ll engage in guided meditations & self-reflection, learning tools you can use everyday. This journey of self-discovery is perfect for beginners, experienced practitioners & those interested in bringing mindfulness into their professional work.
The course is carefully led by Helen, a qualified MBSR teacher certified in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness.
