Abhilash’s sessions explore improvisation through martial arts principles & contemporary dance — working with breath, speed, energy & spatial awareness, inspired by Kalari Payattu.

On the self-defense aspect of it, an aggressor's attack may be stopped without harming or injuring him/her. The AV Aikido group welcomes new practitioners, Youth and Adult students, and the ones who would like to revive an old (abandoned) practice!
