Alexey Klementyev, AVI representative in St Petersburg, sent this photo of yet another statue of Sri Aurobindo, and as it somehow touched me I thought to share it with you.
The statue is made of metal (it might be bronze, says Alexey) by 34-year old Alexey Leonov, who has made almost one hundred sculptures for Russia’s cultural educational centre Ethnomir, whose founder, Ruslan Bayramov, is in touch with quite a number of Aurovilians and members of AVI.
