LICC is the brainchild of two artists, Launa Bacon and Hossein Farmani, for Farmani Group.
Farmani Group is a leading organization curating and promoting photography, design and architecture across the globe since 1985. Hossein Farmani is the founder of two non-profit organizations “The Lucie Awards” and “Focus on AIDS” as well as the award-winning VUE magazine, International Photography Awards, Px3 (Prix de la Photographie de Paris), Art For New York, aNet Communications and more.

Since starting out in 2006, the London International Creative Competition has been recognising and rewarding the world’s most fresh and progressive talents. The standard of submission is exceptionally high! Each year we welcome thousands of entries from creatives from over 65 countries around the world. The Jury shortlist 100 favorites, and then chose 15 finalists. After that, it all comes down to the final 2 winners — “Artist of the Year” professional and “New Talent of the Year” student.
We welcome submissions from every corner of the globe, with previous finalists hailing from from Iran to India, from Ecuador to Ireland, and from Italy to the U.S. We don’t care where you’re from; we just care about where you’re going. We want to make this THE year the World learns your name!
