2. Why is intercultural exchange important in auroville
1. Learning to value their own cultures, languages and beliefs, and those of others. They understand how personal, group and international identities are shaped, and the changing nature of culture. Most important of all, they create connections with others, and cultivate mutual respect.
2. International exchange in Auroville is important seeing as it is an international community. To integrate and to adapt to different cultures and beliefs is crucial, while still respecting the diverse points of view. Auroville builds unity through its vast diversity.

1. Which values get developed in intercultural exchange
2. Why is intercultural exchange important in auroville
1. Self awareness and wisdom is developed while interacting and exchanging culture and respect with a population in which each has a different perspective of the world, each has something to contribute to society as a whole.
2.Even though I come from Auroville where 2500 people from 50 different countries lives together, we averagely have the same view upon this world. So intercultural exchange is opening my mind to thoughts and knowledge built around the world by time.
